January Volleyball Holidays: Weekly Observances

Fun Weekly Observances for January

The first week of January is always dedicated to diet, stay on diet, heath, get healthier, lose weight feel great yadda yadda.
But there are some fun and creative "holiday" observances that we can appreciate as athletes, I think.

Volleyball players in the film industry already know about Sundance Film Festival week but I’m not sure if writers and poets that play know that the third week in January is National Handwriting Analysis and National Cowboy Poetry Gathering week.
My pick for the weeks to celebrate for volleyball players are the following:
January 1-7 “Women's Self Empowerment Week” Week

January 2-5 “Someday We'll Laugh About This” Week
January 20-26 “National Hunt for Happiness” Week
January 21 – 25 “No Name Calling” Week

No name calling? Who would call names in volleyball....
