The Olympics and the Paralympics

I love how with almost every mention of the Olympics you also see or hear a mention of the 2008 Paralympics as well. I think the Beijing Olympic Organizing committee is doing an amazing job of giving the same coverage and promotion to both of the summer Games. 2008 Summer Games: The most Torchbearers ever In another unprecedented move for the first time in the history of the Olympics, the Beijing summer games will have the largest number of torchbearers ever.





Check out the pictogram design that will be used for the Summer Paralympics. Each of the 20 disciplines are represented and how they came about designing this is no joke.
